Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and managing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Hire and train or arrange for training of sales staff
- Manage sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Manage cash and sales transactions
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic security clearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, supervising a team of sales staff and managing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
