Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and managing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Hire and train or arrange for training of sales staff
- Manage sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Manage cash and sales transactions
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Basic security clearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
The Sales Supervisor will work in a retail sales environment, supervising a team of sales staff and managing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
