Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
