Key Responsibilities:- Implement operational procedures to deliver high-quality services
- Balance cash and manage financial reports to optimize profitability
- Conduct performance reviews to enhance team efficiency
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Promote marketing plans and implement strategies to increase customer engagement
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Lead and direct daily operations, including planning and organization
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with electronic cash registers, MS Office, and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a related field
