Job Title: Restaurant Operations ManagerSalary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitor expenses, and make recommendations to reduce costs.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, excellent oral communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
