Restaurant Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant during peak periods.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants with multiple shifts. You will lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About You:- You have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast food industry
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- You are familiar with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies
- You have knowledge of quality control procedures and can ensure that food meets high standards

Salary:$25-$35 per hour (based on location and experience)
