Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Canada Inc. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food service meet high standards of quality and excellence.
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience as a supervisor or manager in the food service industry, with a proven track record of success in managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
  • As Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, supervising and coordinating activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supply requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to achieve excellent results.
  • Prior experience with budgeting and cost estimation, with the ability to prepare and submit reports.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR would be an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
