Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at 2166967 Alberta Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating with staff and vendors
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring a high level of competence
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Work under pressure, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

  • English
Work Schedule:
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
