Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at 2166967 Alberta Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize operational logistics, including preparing and submitting reports, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and resolving work problems.
- Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Accurate, client-focused, and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work with a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 30 to 35 hours per week.
