Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at 2166967 Alberta Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating with staff and vendors
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring a high level of job knowledge and adherence to company standards
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal usage
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
