Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth and customer acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with our cross-functional growth team to develop and execute campaigns that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth.
  • Collaborate with our growth team to design and implement lifecycle campaigns that meet our business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with product development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or product for B2B SaaS and/or fintech.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content for multiple formats.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.
