Payroll Administrator Position

About the Role
Black & McDonald's Accounting & Finance team is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing hourly unionized payroll under the direction of the Payroll Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and update wage schedules, burden tables, and monthly union reconciliation.
- Accurately and timely process payrolls and payments via direct deposit, including new employee setup and handling terminations with ROEs using HRDC WebROE.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual returns for provincial items like WSIB/WCB, EHT.
- Prepare annual T4, RL1, T2200.
Requirements
- Completed PCP designation with NPI.
- 3+ years of work experience in Payroll.
