Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide technical direction
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Manitoba or eligibility to obtain within six months
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience
- Expert knowledge of industrial and building processes, including applicable codes and standards
