Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Industrial Sales Specialist to join our team at Dodge Industrial, Inc. As an ISR, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales growth of our mechanical power transmission products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the entire order process for distributors, OEMs, and sales engineers, including quoting and order entry.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and field sales, communicating with manufacturing, engineering, product management, and warehousing teams.
  • Expedite shipment of orders by coordinating with multiple Dodge manufacturing facilities and freight carriers.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, including troubleshooting and complaint resolution.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing training on systems, products, and processes to ensure technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Support the sales team by filling in for teammates' customers when they are away and identifying productivity improvement areas.
  • Adhere to facility and department rules and procedures, maintaining a well-organized digital record system.
