Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders while operating a forklift and a layer pick forklift in a safe and effective manner, following safe work practices and maintaining and changing the forklift battery daily.
  • Receiving inbound product from the brewery into the warehouse, including stacking in rows up to 3 high.
  • Engaging in physical activities and manual labor as requested, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, twisting, pulling, and bending.
  • Lifting objects up to 80 lbs.
  • Climbing a ladder/stairs.
  • Working on slippery floors.
  • Lifting objects higher than the shoulders.
  • Operating motorized equipment.
  • Exposure to vibration.
  • Able to wear all PPE as required, including safety shoes, glasses, bump cap, hearing protection (jewelry must be taken off).
  • Able to work shift work (day, afternoons, and midnights).

Requirements:

  • Be of legal drinking age.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
