We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Person to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a culture where Health & Safety is the top priority and comply with all regulatory and company safety requirements.
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming product in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Locate, pick, load, and ship outgoing product in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Notify operational management of any equipment maintenance required.
  • Report any building failures, including racking, lighting, floors, etc.
  • Maintain the integrity of products by ensuring they are stored at appropriate temperatures and report any variances.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Clean dock, warehouse floors, and inspection rooms as per HACCP standards.
  • Maintain clear aisles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with the company vision, mission, strategy, and culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience is not essential, but related warehousing work experience would be an asset. Training provided.
  • Class 1 license highly preferred.
  • Ability to take direction, learn quickly, communicate effectively, and work successfully as part of a team.
  • Able to work in temperatures of -20 Celsius.
  • Ability to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly.
  • Basic RF and/or voice pick WMS knowledge.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
