Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at CANADA INC. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and shipping.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and logistics activities.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including maintenance and repair work.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Reliability and flexibility.
