Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate the distribution of goods to meet customer demands
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices
  • Assemble and inspect containers and crates to ensure they are properly prepared for shipping
  • Verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with shipments
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Knowledge of ERP software and other logistics systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
