Job Title: Overnight Reservations Royal Service Agent

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest service and support to our hotel guests and colleagues. Your knowledge of the hotel and its operations will be essential in responding to guest inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless operational efficiency behind the scenes by offering a one-stop service for guests and colleagues.
  • Assist external and internal callers, redirecting when necessary, and take ownership of guest requests to ensure follow-up according to hotel standards.
  • Liaise and maintain excellent relationships with other hotel departments as required.
  • Book and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management System.
  • Sell guest rooms, tee times, and Food & Beverage reservations to groups and individual callers.
  • Update reservations to ensure a flawless check-in and check-out process.
  • Maximize revenue by upselling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer-related experience is an asset.
  • Outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is required.
  • Previous Opera experience is an asset.
