Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager to support our management team and provide general office administration assistance. This part-time role requires 18-25 hours of work per week, with a preference for shorter hours over 4-5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage various administrative duties, including invoicing, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and contract review.
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office activities, such as mail collection, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide administrative assistance to Partners, Managing Director, and staff, including lunch reservations, conference registration, and mail donation cheques.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure a functional and well-maintained office environment.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Human Resources Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources, specifically interviewing candidates and filtering through resumes, is an asset.
