Key Responsibilities

  • Administer policies and procedures related to government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
  • Maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assist in preparing the operating budget
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent position, 40 hours per week
  • English is the primary language of work
