Customer Service and Sales Representative Job Purpose

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in attracting and serving customers by providing product and service information through community outreach and marketing promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about products and services that meet their individual needs.
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information and resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing sales data.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Attend sales meetings to stay on top of new sales techniques or new product promotions.
