About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our LendCare subsidiary, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch sales support to customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Identify customer needs and efficiently resolve inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales roles, with a strong background in financial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service software.
  • Availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office, with a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
