Job Title: SEO Director

At DAC Group, we're seeking a seasoned SEO Director to drive our digital marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance organic visibility and performance for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable growth in organic traffic and conversions.
  • Lead and manage a team of SEO subject matter experts to help team and individual growth, while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Partner with content teams to develop and optimize content strategies that enhance organic visibility and align with brand messaging and audience needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of SEO and digital marketing trends, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other departments to create integrated marketing strategies that maximize overall performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving organic growth, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with managing and developing a team of subject-matter experts.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that enhance SEO performance.
