About the Role

As a Director, SEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance organic visibility and performance for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will lead a team of SEO subject matter experts, providing strategic counsel, presenting performance insights, and influencing decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in organic traffic and conversion rates
  • Lead and manage a team of SEO subject matter experts to foster a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Partner with content teams to develop and optimize content strategies that enhance organic visibility
  • Establish robust analytics frameworks to monitor, report, and act on key SEO metrics
  • Stay at the forefront of SEO and digital marketing trends, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving organic growth
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and the latest advancements in search engine algorithms
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
