Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor - Hotel Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and service levels.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to maintain a high level of service.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
