Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet business needs
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to provide guidance and support
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide support for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
  • Requisition materials and supplies to meet business needs
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
