Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team at Pinchin. As a key member of our environmental consulting team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of regulatory and due diligence projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee environmental projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, soil vapour assessments, and indoor air quality assessments.
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide effective project management.
- Prepare proposals and technical reports, including senior technical reviews of regulatory and due diligence submissions.
- Participate in business development initiatives to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Build leadership and mentorship skills by working with and mentoring junior and intermediate staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (Environmental or Earth Sciences preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
- A minimum of years' experience within environmental consulting, at least 3 of which should be in a project management position.
- Experience with conducting and managing environmental projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, soil vapour assessments, and indoor air quality assessments.
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including O. Reg. 406/19 (Excess Soil Management).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's licence and insurance.
