Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Spectrum Security-Sound Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, and prepare itineraries.
  • Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and prepare reports as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning, research, and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
