About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at HUB International.

The successful candidate will work as a liaison and advocate between internal and external clients and adjusters to ensure optimal claims handling and superior claims service.

This is a great opportunity for an Insurance Broker, Claims Adjuster, or Insurance Professional looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to HUB clients on all claims-related matters throughout the entire claims process.
  • Analyze claim trends to ensure alignment with loss control procedures.
  • Effectively analyze and interpret policy wording.
  • Work closely with the Commercial and Personal Lines Practices to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic claims files through Epic.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Requires 5+ years in a claims role with a broker, insurance carrier, independent adjuster.
  • Claims experience is an asset.
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
