We have an exciting opportunity for a Unit Clerk to join our team at Battlefords Union Hospital in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. This full-time regular position offers a competitive salary range of $20,780 to $22,240 per year.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the nursing unit, including preparing medical records, processing admissions and discharges, and maintaining accurate patient information. You will also provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

* Providing administrative support to the nursing unit, including preparing medical records, processing admissions and discharges, and maintaining accurate patient information;
* Maintaining confidentiality of patient information and adhering to strict privacy standards;
* Collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient care delivery;
* Developing and implementing effective systems and processes to improve workflow and productivity;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A diploma in Medical Administration;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills;
