We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team in North Cowichan, Canada.
This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a valid RPN license in Canada and previous experience in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: Assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' vital signs.
- Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Licensure: Valid RPN license in Canada.
- Education: Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
