Healthcare Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse to fill the System Flow Nurse position at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, ensuring safe and comprehensive care, and providing assistance with system navigation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient use of resources
- Provide safe and comprehensive care to clients
- Assist with system navigation and coordinate services as needed
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years acute care nursing experience
- Experience in nursing in the specific clinical area
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- A valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registration/eligibility to register with RPNAS (Reg Psych Nurses Assoc of Sask) or CRNS (College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan)
Previous coordinator experience is an asset. A combination of Acute Care, Cont Care or Home Care experience is also preferred.
What We OfferThis full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $42,040 to $52,440, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
