Business Office Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Office Manager at Fraserway RV, a leading RV dealership in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of financial service sales, working closely with customers and sales and service departments to ensure profitability and success.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability in the Business Office.
- Communicate effectively with all departments, insurance companies, financial institutions, and after-market companies associated with Fraserway RV.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions and promote extended service agreements, financing, tire replacement, and credit life, accident, and health insurance plans to customers.
- Monitor and manage all retail and wholesale sales transactions, including vehicle identification number input, trade-in vehicle stock numbers, and odometer verification.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure complete payment for all sold vehicles.
- Prepare monthly reports and distribute to the dealer.
- Secondary education and/or related experience.
- Business experience in areas such as agriculture, marine, automotive, insurance, financing, and banking.
- Experience working in the RV industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in customer service and sales.
