We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team at Fraserway RV. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial service sales, working closely with customers and other departments to ensure the profitability and success of the Business Office.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all financial service sales, including extended service agreements, financing, tire replacement, and credit life, accident, and health insurance plans.
- Monitor and manage all retail and wholesale sales transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, financial institutions, and after-market companies to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability in the Business Office.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and sales staff to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports to the dealer, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary education and/or related experience in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business office or financial services role, preferably in the RV industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficiency in customer service and sales principles, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
