As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial service sales, working closely with customers and other departments to ensure the profitability and success of the Business Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial service sales, including extended service agreements, financing, tire replacement, and credit life, accident, and health insurance plans.
  • Monitor all retail and wholesale sales transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Communicate with customers, insurance companies, financial institutions, and after-market companies in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist customers with concerns or desires regarding products or services under your control.
  • Manage all financial variables, including client information, financial institutions, manufacturers' rebates, dealer promotions, federal and provincial taxes, and regulations.
  • Schedule and organize delivery of units.
  • Prepare monthly reports and distribute to dealer.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education and/or related experience.
  • Business experience in areas such as agriculture, marine, automotive, insurance, financing, and banking.
  • Experience working in the RV industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in customer service.
