Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Eurohouse Interiors Inc. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and arrange travel itineraries as needed.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, guaranteeing precision and quality.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
