Job Summary

Sanjhi Rasoi is seeking a skilled Chef, Ethnic Cuisine to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to menu standards and recipes.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Language

English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen, and proficiency in English is required.

Work Term

Permanent position available.
