Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Applications Analyst to join our team at our Head Office location in Dieppe, NB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging and implementing improved data exchange technologies with our customers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business integrations, technical skills, and a passion for process improvement. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where solutions are not always clearly defined and will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Modernize processes through the leveraging of technologies
  • Understand customer requirements to deliver the best fit solutions
  • Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure they are functioning as expected
  • Enable and maintain data channels between Midland's partners and customers
  • Test and support technology enhancements
Requirements
  • A University Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
  • At least 4 years of related work experience
  • Experience with EDI, API, TMS & Shipping System solutions, together with a thorough understanding of Web Services
  • A strong understanding of business integrations
  • Technically inclined: process oriented and driven by a natural curiosity
  • Thrive in an environment where you can work independently as well as collaboratively
  • A continuous learner: acquiring new skills and software applications is second nature
  • At home in a fast-paced work environment where solutions are not always clearly defined
  • A practiced communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, analytical and business savvy
