About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Oodle Noodle. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that drive sales and profitability.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate our team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory to ensure we have the right products at the right time.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 33 to 35 hours per week.
