Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and participate in marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
