Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of C&I Sales, Canada to lead our Canadian sales team and drive sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for our products and services
  • Lead the Canadian sales team, consisting of Canadian Specification and Distribution sales team, as well as the National Account sellers
  • Develop and grow the C&I sales channel by effectively leading our Canadian agency network
  • Establish market and target customer strategies in conjunction with Sales Leadership team
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for increasing penetration within our addressable market
  • Lead, develop, inspire and motivate the sales and agency teams to achieve sales goals and initiatives
  • Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management
  • Oversee the recruiting, hiring and development of the sales organization
  • Implement company promotions and marketing initiatives to achieve goals for the Canadian distribution network
Requirements:
  • ~10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry
  • ~ Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Thoroughly analyze problems, making and defending decisions that are well supported by data
