As a Site Supervisor at First Onsite, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. With a keen sense of urgency and a passion for leadership, you'll coordinate activities, resources, and equipment to ensure seamless project execution.

From reviewing project schedules to managing multiple sites, you'll be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and on-site supervision. Your expertise in emergency mitigation and restoration processes will be invaluable in ensuring quality and driving success in every project.

With a strong understanding of Canadian building codes and related regulations, you'll be able to navigate complex reconstruction practices with ease. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively collaborate with teams and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role within the restoration, emergency, or related industry
  • Strong experience and knowledge in emergency mitigation and restoration processes and project scheduling
  • In-depth understanding of reconstruction practices for properties affected by water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism damage
  • Knowledge of Canadian building codes and related electrical, plumbing, or mechanical regulations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Xactimate is an asset
  • Basic accounting skills, including invoicing, billing, and general math
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a commitment to customer service excellence
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces
