About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at CIMA+. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building mechanics or electricity, with a proven track record of site management and technical expertise. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising work on site, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise work on site, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines;
  • Prepare and issue change directives as needed;
  • Monitor site progress, identify and address delays or issues;
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery;
  • Ensure work compliance and provide technical support as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in building mechanics or electricity (or equivalent experience);
  • 4 years' experience in site supervision, or 6 years' equivalent relevant experience on a construction site in electricity, tinsmithing, control or plumbing/pipefitting;
  • ASP Construction course (an asset);
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French;
  • Excellent communication and priority management skills.
