Job Description:

About the Role
  • As a Renovation Manager with Multigroup Contracting, you will oversee the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities.
  • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to work in a dusty, noisy, and odorous work environment.
