As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, hiring, training, and directing staff, and overseeing the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and control budget and expenditures
* Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
* Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures
* Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services
* Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
* Manage contracts
* Review and process claims against suppliers
* Oversee the analysis of data and information
* Oversee the preparation of reports
* Advise senior management
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers
* Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers
* Maintain records on inventory control system
* Establish delivery schedules
* Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
* Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in purchasing, procurement, and contracts
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong background in MS Excel, MS Office, and inventory control software
* Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
