Job Title: Electronics Assembly Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Jastram Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of electronic components and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers
  • Train and develop staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct quality control checks and identify areas for improvement
  • Establish and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of team goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment:

Our production facility is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and use hand tools.
