We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Footprints Security.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other teams.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel.
- Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures.
