Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Securico Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the activities of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Emergency ResponseIn the event of an emergency, the Security Supervisor will be the point of contact and will be responsible for responding to and resolving the situation.
Team ManagementThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of our security team, as well as providing technical advice and guidance to team members.
Reporting and CommunicationThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for preparing and submitting progress reports, as well as communicating with other departments and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements- Education
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, but not required.
Personal SuitabilityThe successful candidate will possess excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and be organized and a team player.
Work EnvironmentThe Security Supervisor will work 35 to 37 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
