Job Summary

HARI KAUSH DEVELOPMENTS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and economic growth, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise professional and support staff and students to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment, leveraging market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material, ensuring high-quality content that meets client expectations.
  • Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business strategy and drive decision-making.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all written content.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
